Shipping policy
At Jolof Kids, we prepare and ship your orders from our two fulfilment centres, located in France and in Canada. Each order ships from the centre closest to its delivery address.
Shipping locations and carriers
- France and the European Union: orders ship from France, to a Mondial Relay pickup point or to your home (Colissimo or Mondial Relay), depending on the destination country and the method chosen at checkout.
- Canada and the United States: orders ship from Canada, with Canada Post or another partner carrier.
- Senegal: delivery by GP (grouped delivery), in about 7 to 10 days.
- Other countries: contact us by email at contact@jolofkids.com or through the website chat, and we will offer you a suitable delivery option.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are flat, based on the destination zone and the delivery method chosen. The exact amount is shown before you confirm your order.
Processing and delivery times
- Order processing: 1 to 2 business days, excluding public holidays.
- Delivery in France and Canada: 2 to 5 business days after shipping.
- International delivery: 3 to 12 business days after shipping, depending on the destination.
Customs duties and taxes
Orders shipped from France to another European Union country are not normally subject to customs duties. For orders shipped outside the European Union, or from Canada to another country (including the United States), customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees may apply under the destination country's regulations. When due on arrival, these charges are paid by the recipient, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Order tracking
When the carrier offers tracking, a tracking number is emailed to you after your order ships.
Jolof Kids does its best to meet the stated delivery times, but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by customs procedures.
